Wisteria
This pattern consists of pieces to make a dropped waist dress with a detachable or ribbon sash. There are 2 collars in this pattern. -a Peter-Pan and a round collar. Sleeves are short and gathered into ruffles with elastic. Instructions for embroidery stitches are also included.
